Task-391 How to create a READ-ONLY user and how to create an ADMIN user in Oracle?--Moid

Task # 391:

391-A) Please create a Read-Only User called Scott_MM_iuser. This user should be able to read all tables from SCOTT schema.

391-B) Please create a Admin user called Scott_MM_Admin. This user should be able to perform all administrative tasks (Read, Write, Update, Insert) on all tables owned by SCOTT.
